The smooth energy flow balances the internal organs, immune function, and initiates the healing process. This kind of self-cultivation practice produces powerful healing results.
Practicing qigong is like taking a mini vacation, you feel as though you are getting away from the everyday and spending time in a tranquil place.
Qigong can be practiced anywhere, at any age, in almost any condition.
I use a combination of healing techniques during our Retreats and Events such as EFT/Tapping and connecting to nature.
