Body healing focuses on the mind-body connection and taps into our own powerful ability to understand how we can heal ourselves. Body healing coaching combines modern science with ancient wisdom, and sits within functional medicine and holistic health.
I help clients with physical symptoms to identify and understand the signs their body is communicating to them. We then use a combination of healing techniques, and create a plan to support optimum wellness and create empowering beliefs. In short, this creates a healthy environment for our cells to thrive in, giving the body the best support it needs to heal.
Having lived with autoimmune conditions since I was a teenager, I know first hand what an impact less than optimum health can have on life. I want you to know that it is possible to feel great again.
Body healing sessions involve a combination of mindfulness, meditation, qigong, EFT/Tapping, and science based wellbeing practices, all of which are completely natural. I create a specialised plan after an initial consultation, and intuitively guide, heal and empower you during our time together.
